Trustate is thrilled to announce the release of Version 12.1.0, packed with incredible features and enhancements to empower our users like never before. This release focuses on streamlined Document processes, task management, and matter archiving.

🗞️ New Features:

  • Archive Functionality for Estates:

    • Users can now archive estates they are not actively working on from the Trustate home page.

    • Archived estates are moved to a collapsed list at the bottom of the "My Estate Projects" section.

    • Archiving requires all tasks for an estate to be either 'Not Started' or 'Completed'.

    • Archived estates can be unarchived, bringing them back to the active projects list.

  • Required & Requested Documents Tab in Task Activity Panel:

    • Required documents and Requested documents for signature are now displayed in the newly created 'Documents' tab of the Task Activity Panel

    • Unfilled required documents are marked with a red dot, similar to the existing Matter Information tab.

  • Task Reminder Emails Enhancement:

    • Task Reminder Emails are now sent to the Point Person assigned to the Estate, the Point Person assigned to the Task (if any), and the Portal Owner.

📈 Improvements:

  • Improved handling of Trusuite searches for some subscribers.

  • Ensured the Subscription Billing History displays all transactions/invoices from Stripe.

✅ Fixed Issues:

  • Fixed client phone number invalid format issue.

  • Corrected date display issue in various sections of the application.

  • Resolved errors related to duplicating tasks and sharing estates with clients.

  • Adjusted email logic to prevent redundant emails triggered by subscription payments.
